When I am alone and thoughtless –

I had neither the body nor the world

I felt free and light,

Limitless without boundaries

I did not accept or reject

Nothing bothered me,

Though, everything was around me

Suddenly, I had one thought,

Just one thought, “I”

In no time I felt,

I am connected,

To the whole world,

And to a lot of worries.

So hard to bear it

Oh Creator!

What is my problem,

And what disturbs me?

The world or my EGO
